The course aims to improve strength, flexibility, and balance through various yoga postures, while also fostering mental clarity and reducing stress through breath control and meditation. Additionally, it seeks to cultivate self-awareness, inner peace, and spiritual growth. Students will gain a foundational understanding of yoga philosophy and principles, empowering them to apply these practices in their daily lives for long-term health and holistic wellness. Major Contents are: -Enriches student’s communication skill with theory, practical, personal, social and professional interactions and much more -Student will also get knowledge of latest about Information Technology. -Here student will also get basic knowledge of Yoga with the identification and description of the structures of living things -Comprehensive understanding of history and various path of yoga , gaining insights into their philosophies and practices. -Student will enhance their yoga skill with practical exercise to experience physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga. -Student will also experience philosophical and cultural aspects of yoga with the help of spiritual books like Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the Bhagavad Gita and other books and much more
